R56 Which intake should I buy between these two?
Basically in the mid-section of the exhaust - there is a resonator (basically used for dampening sound if I understand correctly)
i saw a few YouTube videos where people had this section removed and had a straight pipe welded on. I decided that this was a cheap and easy way to make my exhaust sound a little louder and a little deeper as well ($80 for labor is what I was charged) and I am very happy with the results. every now and then I'll get a little pop or gurgle when shifting but that's about it...i love it!
haha!

anybody else have any ideas?
I'm confused... How did you determine that you have gained "around 5hp"? What testing method did you use?
