Brakes different between 2011 and earlier MCS?

I have a 2011 MCS. I have done a few track days and am interested in upgrading to a pad which can handle a higher temp and won't make too much noise on the street.

I know that there is no perfect pad for both track and street, but the Stoptech Street Performance pad seems to have the properties that I want.

The problem is that I don't know if it is available for a 2011 Cooper. It fits the earlier (2009) Coopers, according to must sites which sell the pads. I don't know if they haven't updated the sites to include more recent years, or if there is anything different about the brakes after 2009 so they won't fit on my cooper.

Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance.

looking at a listing for EBC Green pads for GEN2, they show only one pad part number for all Cooper S, 2007 thru 2012 front and one for rear, so my guess is your supplier is just a wee tardy in updating their info (and would factor into my purchase decision but that's just my 2 cents)

p.s. - one part number for stock brakes - not JCW

According to the Bentley manual the 2011+ MCS have Brembo brakes...

Unfortunately that is not correct and you can go for pads designed for 2007+ MCS cars.
