You can get cheaper tires and wheels then those for winter. No point in screwing them up. What model are they again cause they look pretty good?

I'm not exactly sure what size tires will fit on an R56. A 215/45/17 is what I run on my R53.

Depends on the offset but 205/215 are pretty safe.

My OZ's are still on back order until Jan. My wife helped pick out mud flaps today so I'm now going with the red rally armor ones

Also I have ordered new yellow fog light bulbs for my factory fog lights. In the future I'm hoping for a four lens light bar setup.

Could you post pictures once you install them? Been curious as to how these look on a MINI!

spacers came in yesterday, the 14" rims on a 22mm (.866") spacer still doesn't sit them out far enough to get them off the caliper. so i'm on the search again for rims. but the spacers will be a nice touch

14s really? 15s are a better choice they will at least fit.

Im in.
Suggestion:
Ok easy with this, please read all the way through.
I would like to find a set of coil over suspension on which longer springs can be placed to raise the ride height of the car about an inch and a set of fender flares to install some bigger tires on. These springs would have a linear spring rate for ease of control and the extra inch of height would allow for about factory spring rates to be installed and still be able to hit some rougher gravel roads without bottoming out. I would also like to see the necessary parts to correct the change in suspension geometry for the extra inch of ride height.
To complete the look a nice set of (small as possible) 15X7" wheels that are very light weight so more sidewall can be put between the wheel and road to soak up the bigger bumps expected and offset the equal or stiffer suspension while offroad.
This is what I have in mind except without the roof lights and rack.
