jcw or no jcw?

so recently i have been thinking about getting a new mini. but my question is would it be better to order it with the jcw suspension from factory or just save that money for aftermarket suspension. from what ive heard, the jcw suspension package is fairly nice. any advice would be welcomed.

Aftermarket. Cheaper in price and better performing. Just me though.

I would go JCW for a car but normal suspension. From what I understand the suspension is done Stateside anyways at the port. Keep the money for more goodies or aftermarket suspension.

I picked sports suspension because it was only $250. The JCW would be $2000+ installed at the dealer. I can always upgrade later and maybe sell the sports suspension. I've read the JCW susp is quite good but may not lower the car as much as you expect.
