After some research I decided on this Thule for my MINI. Thank you all for the help, advice and other posts that I read through. With my Outmotoring stubby antenna it fits perfectly. This will allow us to carry our snowboards and use our MINI for more travel with luggage, etc.

You right, it just barely clears the stubby... lol. I can move the box back but then it would sit right on the antenna, the way it's positioned now it's centered on the crossbars and like you noted, just a tad in front of the antenna. We will see how well it does here and move it back only if we have to.
