R56 First Service Experience - is this normal???
Let me start out by saying that i believe the dealership is wrong, and that there is no way a "mouse" could have gotten a bowl such as described by the OP up to where is was found.
But as for the mouse droppings being found during the repair, I believe they may not have been there.
The OP states:
Last month would have been March as this thread was started on April 24th. This would also mean that there was probably a couple of weeks between getting the car back and the time the OP found the bowl, unless of course the dealership took 2-3 weeks to fix a car that should have only been there 1-2 days.
And as for the mouse droppings it takes less than 12 hours for a mouse and family to make a nest and leave dropping everywhere. So they may have shown up between the time the OP started this thread and the time they reported back (2 day later)
Dealer or e-bay are really the only places to find one.

That's a terrible story. Keep us updated.
When I bought my used 89 Jetta ages ago, I got a frantic call from the sales guy that he left something "of strong sentimental value" in the car. So I look under the passenger seat where he was sitting and there it was. A weed pipe and some weed. Jesus.
He asked me to drive back and return it to him and I actually did. Then to thank me for my trouble, he asked if I wanted any. Classy! LOL

Even a dope smoking mouse?
Ever see Ferris Bueller's Day Off? Remember the dudes in the parking garage that haul butt away in his friends' dads' Ferrari and get it airborne? Maybe they work at your Mini dealership now. Nice.
