How is the service quality at Downtown MINI in Orlando?

I am due for a free oil change soon and I am thinking about going to the Orlando dealership for the first time. Normally, I go to MINI of South Atlanta where I receive great service. But I will be in the Orlando area in a week's time and it will be more convenient to go to the dealer in Orlando. I am looking for some feedback about the service quality at this dealership.

We broke down while in Florida and had roadside assistance tow us to Orlando MINI. They dropped car there late at night and we got a room nearby. We went the the dealership early the next morning before opening time to see if they could fit us in to get back on the road (this was a Saturday morning). Not only did they have us going by 9:30 a.m. but they were very hospitable. Had us bring our small dogs into the waiting room, brought them water and us coffee. Just great people who quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem.

Long answer to your question -- yes they are superb.

P.S. Note they have moved to the suburbs and are no longer "downtown".

They've been exemplary for both of our Minis. I would recommend them to anyone. Its also necessary to point out that their parts guys are among the best -- and friendliest out there. The service manager, Brian, and service advisor, Garrett have gone so far beyond the norm in helping us that its difficult to believe.

Great folks. Really. And they make chocolate chip cookies and coffee for waiting customers.

BTW, its now Orlando Mini as remphoto pointed out.

Very good service PLUS++++

I had my first service done after my one year and the guy checked every single part of my car while I had coffee and donuts in the waiting room. Great service, Great people and a new shop called "ORLANDO MINI" now. They are not downtown anymore but right off I-4 at the Lee Road exit. You will be in good hands.

better call first tho - not unusual to wait a week or more to get in for routine stuff....

Good point BJ

I did call and made my appointment for my service. I think most dealers want to set up appointments for routine things.
