2002-2005 mcs rims fit 2006-2009 mcs

Will 1st generation rims fit 2nd generation. The only difference I've noted in lug bolt length.

Help is appreciated before mony is spent unwisely

Thanks
LDK

2nd gen cars are also 14mm lugs vs the 12mm on the 1st gen....so you may mave to convery studs (possible?) or drill out the holes

if were talking aftermarket it is usually a moot point

Same size bolts up to 06 then went to a larger bolt.

I'm running aftermarket wheels meant for a R53 on my R56.
I'm just using a stud conversion kit.
Been about a year since and no problems so far.
