Was looking for a new one but instead just bought a used one owner 2008 MCS, with 11,763 miles for $22,467.00. Electric Blue with white roof and mirrors. It has Automatic transmission, Premium package, cold weather package, DSC, HIFI stereo, Xenon headlights, Leather Lounge Carbon Black, chrome line interior, interior brushed alloy, pacific blue color line, Anthracite headliner, rear fog lights, armrest with blue tooth, IPOD connector added by dealer so there is a wire sticking out of the dash left of the steering wheel. Clean Carfax. The selling dealer (Mini of Sterling) only did a few services, replaced the tailpipe extension, fixed an unspecified noise and changed the oil at 9,484 miles. I bought it from a Porsche dealer who also just changed the oil. Here is another link but it may not last long

I am wary of the timing chain tensioner issue, but it was quiet on start up and there is plenty of warranty left and I think it was a great deal.
