Run flat rotation

Are run-flats tires supposed to be rotated??

Yes. The front tires should wear on the outer portion of the tread due to the forces applied for turning.
I did a straight front/back rotation on each side.

Yes. Rotate them. The Dunlop Performance runflats on my 08 R56 have 25K on them and I am at 6/32 tread depth on them. I will get pretty close to 30k out of them which is outstanding for these tires. After they are dead I will be swithcing to a 17" Michelin UHP Pilot A/S.

They should be rotated. I rotated mine every 5,000 miles and got over 35K before replacing them(Goodyear NCT runflats).

I agree! Rotate them every 5000 miles and you will get the most mileage and even wear out of them.

If they are directional tires do a simple front to back same side. If not do the cross rotation for a little more life.
