I just got a set of center cap decals from my Mini dealer. Should I use some glue in addition to their adhesive backing to stick them on?

 

I have some aftermarket rims with some OEM MINI center caps, and the adhesive that comes already on them was very aggressive. I didn't need any extra adhesion, and after 2 summers, they show absolutely no sign of peeling off at all. No need for extra glue.

 

Nope, that center backing took me like 15 minute to take off with a knife and a set of flatheads, so they are on pretty darn good-no need for extra adhesive. Just clean and dry black plastic centerpiece before applying.
