Where do I find a good website for trouble codes?

Installed a alta down pipe the other day and check engine light came on. Looked up the code on my scan gauge and it say PO420. I heard it means catalylic converter is below effiency. Is this true? and were can i look to find what that code means for sure and other codes in the future. Thanks

I think i have a list of codes in my gallery. lemme check.

I do. click on my gallery then download the "multimedia" file listed in my gallery. It is a pdf of all the codes.
