Front Wiper Install... Help!

I've installed an Intake... I've installed Boost Tubes... I'll take apart anything and be brave...

But I just cannot figure out how to install the PIAA Silicone Wipers. There are so many adapters... and none of them seem to want to "click" into place.

Is there a trick? Pictures would be helpful. I'm going back out to try again.

I feel like a fool.

Alright.... they are on (actually, they have been on since last post) but they feel loose. They don't wiggle upon activation of the wiper system, but they just don't feel secure. Is this normal for PIAA wipers? The attachment system on the original wipers hardly fit on the PIAA wipers... they pop off.

Just did this last week.

I put PIAA Super Silicones on without a problem. There should be an adapter in the little bag of adapters that is identical to the one on the car. At least there was in mine. If memory serves me, it was the smallest or second-smallest of the six or seven adapters. The adapter snaps securely onto the pin in the middle of the replacement blade, then the entire assembly slides up into the hook at the end of the wiper arm, where it clicks into place. It should not be loose, other than to pivot on the pin in the middle of the blade. There is a little tab at the end of the adapter to depress to remove the blade from the arm. I've put PIAA blades on other cars and I believe the same bag of adapters is included in every blade kit.

Yep, Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy if you pull the right adapter out of the bag.

IIRC, it's the skinniest one. You'll know if it's right by looking at the hook on the end of the wiper arm. Just slide it in there until it snaps in place.

FYI, When I put mine on I had the same overwhelming feeling...too many adapters included to overcomplicate matters. Once I figured it out, they went on in a snap. However, I ordered mine online and once I got them installed the right one was not wiping the windshield correctly. It was missing a spot about 4 inches long at the end of the wiper.

It turns out the wiper was bent (I received it that way), so I bent it back and it works great. But it was almost too easy to bend, makes me wonder how long they will last. I'm sure someone else had tried to install them, bent the wiper, and sent it back. I got the re-packaged unit no doubt.
