Boot stripes

Does anyone have any recommendations (along with pics) on boot stripes for a PW/B MCS? I am thinking about adding some this summer.

Thanks

Nice thing about PW and Black... you can use just about any color stripes.

Personally, I think it looks best with black stripes. PW is a classic color and the black keeps it looking classic.

Oh yeah, guess I should have pointed that out, I'm going for a B&W look. I have the Black Bonnet Strips, White Turn Signals, Black Spoke Wheels, going to do a blackout later this year, very nice look.
More looking for where to get/how to make.

Ah.... okay. We don't have boot stripes on our PW MINI, we have them on the other two MINIs and got them at www.aestheticreations.net .

The quality of their vinyl is excellent.

Do you currently have no stripes on it at all?

No, I like the stripes. When I first saw the PW mini w/ stripes I knew it was my color. My favorite EPL team is Newcastle United so I knew the car had to be black and white. If I get another mini in the future it will probably be CR/B to go with my favorite MLS team, DC United.

Seems lately you are seeing more of the sport stripe and many without no stripes to kind of stand out from the rest of the typical bonnet stripes.

I've talked to both Aestheticcreations.com and Minimotoringgraphics.com about the sizing of the boot stripes. They have both said what they make with pin-striping isn't exactly like OEM size wise, but they can make it to match. I bought a set online like an idiot for cheap, and they didn't match at all. I had to cut them myself. That didn't work out too well.

I have the stripes by AC as well.

I dont like the 'COOPER S' badge sitting over the stripe so I kept it shaved and just placed a new 'S' towards the bottom... It was Mom's idea.

I know its not Pepper White but they still give you an idea of how they look.

I wonder why?
I am also planning on getting the boot stripes to match the white factory bonnet stripes. I, of course, would like them to match, although I suppose it wouldn't really show if they were slightly different since they don't meet anywhere near one another.
Somewhere I found a youtube of a guy doing the install. It was good to watch how he taped it in place first and peeled the backing of as he went.

I have AC boot stripes and OEM bonnet stripes on my CR Cooper and if he pins are different, I sure can't tell. And I'm as **** as they come.

And install is EASY PEASY LEMON SQUEEZY. There's a DIY how-to thread that's sticked in the 1st Gen Int/Ext Mod forum.

Here's my PW/B with hood and boot stripes. Black stripes with red pin. Purchased from Aesthetic Creations--they are great to deal with-excellent quality. They have been on for this winter and are fine with all the salt etc they have been putting on the roads.

While I do not have a PW, the boot stripes I got from AC, were identical in appearance to the stock bonnet stripes. Like ECUPIP, I cut them vs, removing badge, etc.
