Do a search in the electrical mods section of the Gen 2 forum. There's some great detailed information in there on the correct color-coded wires to tap into at the headlight socket to have the DL's come on only with your high beams. There's also info in there on how to get wires though the firewall and up under the dash.

Hint on the wiring: Use the auto-splicers they sell at auto-zone. They helped tremendously when i was hooking mine up.

The High beam wire is marked "C" behind the bulb.

those lights are huge....idk if they're for me... but to each their own...get rid of the covers. do you have headlight covers on there also?

In terms of the wiring it shouldn't be too hard. You have a bosch style relay right?

The DL look very nice! How do you like them so far???

Since you only mount it on the grill, do you have any problem with it???

Yah my dad thought they we too big to but i like them .I might get clear covers or flat black ones but no im not going to leave these ones on . The HL's are smoked with HL tint .

The wireing , i have a relay with 4 wires coming-out
Red to battery
BLACKS to the backs on the driving lights
Yellow to switch

IDK if i am suppost to but i grounded all the blues(coming from the DL's)

They cam with very confusing instructiong because they what me to connect diffrent wires to the headlight so they will turn on together but i dont want to do that i just want to get the switch inside and turn it on whenever i want to .

Check your ground screw. Then connect the two power wires together that go to the switch (basically eliminate the switch) and see if it works.

The relay connects all the wires together and the ground's are pretty solid. I dont know what i can do to eliminate the need for the green wire that is suppost to go to the headlights then the switch
