Does anyone know how to get in contact with BMW USA legal department?

 

1st you'll need to look up who the registered agent for BMW of North America is in your state. Once you file an intent to file a lawsuit letter with the registered agent I would image someone from corporate legal will contact you. This in the information I found for Florida:

I did a quick look on the Texas Dept of Corporations web site. but you'll have to pay to access. Florida is free.
