Finally waiting for a boat, anyone else?

 

I was week 41, and my mini is sitting at the dock, probably being driving by an english bloke around the docks, drifting or doing a bad job drifting without a front end.

Supposedly, a boat came and took a bunch? I dont have the time or energy to call 800-MINI and find the transportation co and when the boat is loading up my car, but looks like I missed the boat? LOL.

Oh well. I braved it since 8-13-09, what's another 20 to 28 days ...knowing my car is completed minus a front end and ready to be driven all around sunny CA. ....: mad:

I am in the same place. I thought that the tracker was cool at first but now I think that it is making things worse. I ordered a car once in the past and they just said 8-10 weeks. So after the order the car I started to forget about it until they called and said it was on a truck en route to the dealership. With the tracker I find myself compulsively checking it, sometime multiple times a day just to see that it is still in the same place. There is no way that i can forget about is when I can get information anytime I want and really it will just get here when it gets here and there is no need to worry. But it is kinda fun knowing were it is.
