I think I found this response in one of the forums here on NAM when I got my first MINI in early 07, and I'm not sure who to credit it to, but . . . my answer to, "It's so cute!" is always, "Yeah . . . cute like a snub-nosed .38!"
In my humble opinion, I think my 09 R56 looks pretty mean, even with the pink stripe.
The third photo is mid-process plasti-dipping the beltline and the OEM wheels.

IIRC, he fabricated the wing himself. He did a lot of work on this car to get it to what it looked like afterwards.Sadly, Oscar went up for sale last year and now has a new owner.
Virtually, the same stuff I have on order with DuelL AG except this MINI has the Krone v2.1 front bumper as mine will have the new V2.22 w/ carbon fiber protect and verticle LED lighting plus driving lights. It also has the Krone side skirts and carbon fiber side diffusers. The rear bumper is the Krone 1.2 w/ the rear diffuser and Krone exhaust. It also sports the signature DuelL AG carbon fiber GT spoiler. Mine will be sporting the CrafSquare TCA-F/W carbon fiber mirrors. It will be two months or so before I get everything finished.
I just added the Base carrier. I plan on putting on a basket with spare wheel holder. Trying to go for the whole rally look. Ive also got magnetic Monte Carlo rally #37 door plates made.
I ordered them through Bulletproof Automotive, LLC (213-745-6954). They are a special order item out of Japan. Takes about two months to get them. Get ready to empty your wallet a little bit. You are going too pay almost $800 with all the shipping cost.
