Just spoke with my MA and he confirmed that the EPA has released the MCS's for distribution to the dealers. My dealer is in Northern NJ and as of approximately 1:30 PM he said they were expecting 30 more car from the VDC by the end of the day.

 

But it would be a year old with hardly any miles on it

 

My MCSa (impounded by EPA) built 8/31 and at rolled off the ship on 9/13. Still not at my dealer, but I anticipate it will arrive Mon or Tues, leading to pick-up Tues or Wed.

 

Mine is at the dealer today unfortunatly can"t get my insurance ID and check till Monday should have it by noon Monday

 

Got mine July 31. No apparent difference. Thought there would be as this is, I thought, the 50'th anniversary year.

 

Are you sure your July 31 model was a 2009 MCS? I thought only Clubmans (Clubmen?) were made before September.

I picked up my 2009 MCS today about 11am. Maybe not the first, but the first to post?

here is my '09. I picked it up Monday from Prestige. It already has over 500 miles on it.

So, did they change the speedo, as has been rumored as a possibility?

 

Picked up mine today. Put about 120 miles on it, zipping around the back roads. I need to learn to take better photos that don't distort the lines so much. Will add more to gallery later.

 

Yea guess we gotta find out what causes that! 30miles from house to Dealer and 300 miles from Dealer to house Got 1500 on mine picke up Monday afternoon.

comfort access, nav, xenon, auto a/c, automatic for the wife and multi function steering wheel. Wanted the sport package also but I couldn't wait till December to get it

 

Once again: my 2009 MCSa does have a 160mph speedometer.

 

I decided to wait for my Sport package.. I only buy a new car every 15 years or so lol
Might as well be what I want!

 

Yep so does mine. But it also has NAV. Doubt that makes a difference though.

 

lol I've waited long enough... I wasn't going to wait 6+ more months It's primarily going to be the wife's car anyway
