rear rattle

I have a 2008 MCS and I hear a slight rattle after 70 mph that seems to be wind driven because the sound increases somewhat as I approach 100 mph. The sound is coming from the passenger side rear and seems near the top of the boot. This sound is not affected by bumps in the road. Anyone got the answer or heard of such?

Could it be your rear seat belts rattling around? I think it's pretty common in MINIs. If so, you can adjust it so it stops. Good luck finding the problem!

It might even be your passenger side seat belt rattling around between the seat and pillar.

I've eliminated the seat belts, and boot cover. I am now questioning in my mind whether the spoiler could produce some wind effect noise such as this?
