Calling Tuscan Biege Leather Owners...

I am ready to pull the trigger and expect to order my '09 MCS this week, but I have not yet gotten a definitive answer to a few of my uncertainties.

Does the Tuscan Biege Gravity Leather option include the adjustable lumbar support?

This will be my commuting car, and I want to make sure that the Tuscan has the lumbar ****.

Also, did any of you get the anthracite headliner? If so, how does it look with the biege interior? And for those who didn't opt for this, how does the standard gray headliner look with the biege? I know the gray would keep the interior looking light, but it does add another color to the pallet (biege, english oak, cream color line), and I'm not sure if that would make the interior look too busy. BTW, I will be getting a sunroof (not sure if that matters here).

Thanks in advance - Chuck

Hey Chuck,

I have the Tuscan Beige with the grey headliner with a sunroof and I think it keeps the interior of the car looking light. I also have a silver roof so it kinda repeats the roof color from the exterior into the interior. I have several interior shots posted in my gallery, including one where you can see the headliner. And, yes, there is lumbar support on both front seats with the Tuscan Beige.

I was lucky that when I visited the Dealer back in April, there were many, many MINI's to see the colors and sit in the seats.

Tuscan was the best leather that I saw, sure that the interior was light as well, did not like the anthricite that I saw at all.
MINI's in general are much too dark inside for me.

I just got the standard leatherette w/o center armrest; take a look in my Gallery to see how I 'brightened' her up.

i have the beige and i'm pretty happy with it. i have the sports seats and they have adjustable lumbar support. i also have the gray headliner. i like it because it keeps the interior bright (i think the dark headliner would make the interior look like a cave), but it doesn't blend 100% with the beige seats. also the beige comes with piano black door trim, which i don't like very much and i'm planning on installing the silver door trim
