Got my first car in 1987 when I turned 16....

1983 Honda Accord (reliable and incredibly lame)
1990 Chevy S10 Blazer (fun but totally unreliable)
1994 Ford Taurus SHO (very fast)
1996 Toyota Tacoma (Great truck I was sorry when the lease ended)
1998 Honda Civic (my truck lease was up and my sister leased this before moving to NYC, I'm a great big brother so I took over the lease for her to help her out....almost as boring as my 1983 Accord)
2001 Jeep Wrangler (I doubt any other vehicle will be this much fun)
2005 Dodge Magnum RT (Great car, super fast, I missed having a truck)
2006 Nissan Titan LE Crew Cab (By far the best and most versatile vehicle I've ever owned, but at 13.5 mpg's it had to go...I'm heartbroken over it, but I did sell it at a big profit even with gas well over $4/gallon!)
2008 MCS - In the paint shop now, hope to have it by 8/1!!!

I have a 2001 Golf that I'll be selling when my new MY MCS comes in in September. Just got tired of it, frankly.

Last car?

Yep, a '69 Camaro RS. That's my old girl. Sold her in the summer of 2006, after ten great years, and bought an R53. Almost -- almost -- held out for an R56, because that was around the time when they were starting to take orders for the new line. But, I wanted a Mini Cooper S, not a Mini Cooper T.

She was the fastest thing to the gas station. 5.3 liter, 327 cubic inches of grandma car. I loved her so.

I'm going from my first vehicle, 1992 Mazda Protege DX, to the 2008 MINI Cooper S. It'll be getting here within a couple of months! Yay

I like my SLK350 but LOVE my MINI. I traded a modded 2003 Mercury Marauder for the Mercedes. I really miss that car but wouldn't want to fill the tank.

Surprising amount of either big gas guzzlers or boring sedans in here. No wonder you guys are so impressed with the Mini.

2008(?) Mini of some sort...most likely
2000 Toyota Celica
2003 Mazda 6s
2002 Acura RSX
1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee
1986 Acura Legend

I drove Ford Crown Vics for 20+ years. Great cars, dependable, good in the snow, cheap to run. However, kids are now grown...time for some fun!

2006 Chrysler 300C (with the hemi)- I love this car, but buying gas every week is killing me with my fairly long commute (27 miles one way). This is the one I'm getting rid of for my '09 BRG Clubbie S. Other cars that I own:

2007 Toyota Highlander Hybrid (wife's car)-An okay SUV with decent gas mileage

1969 Mercury Marauder X-100 (all original with the 429 cu. in. engine)

1964 Mercury Comet Cyclone (another all original car with the 289 engine)

1961 GMC 3/4 Ton Long Bed Pickup (doesn't run. needs to be restored)

I think that's about it.

I have driven (and still drive on occasion) a 2000 Chev Tahoe LT, loaded.
Promised myself I would never get a loaded car again....no need.
So my pride and joy is my 08 MC with manual transmission and sunroof, options done.
Prior to that, 2 explorers; you would have thought I would have wised up after the first one.
Only thing I would change is to have Bi-Xenons.....

1984 Ford Ranger
1995 Mitsubishi Mirage
1998 Mitsubishi Mirage
2002 Chevy Silverado
2007 GMC Sierra

the trade in offer for the Sierra was abysmal, but that's to be expected. if it wasn't paid for, i wouldn't have been able to get the MINI that is currently making its way across the Atlantic. but luckily my uncle wants a truck and I was able to give him a great deal and still do better than the trade in (i also checked car max and got the exact same offer as from the MINI dealership)

1984 Honda CRX - great fun
1985 Honda Civic Si - fun and practical
1986 Mazda RX-7 - just ok
1987 Porsche 944 - slow but great car
1990 Audi 100 Quattro - sloppy
1991 BMW 535i - amazing
1992 BMW 850i - beautiful car, but sluggish - The Lincoln of BMWs
1993 Mazda Miata - a total blast to drive
1995 BMW M3 - fast and furious
1996 BMW Z3 - 1st model year, not particularly fun to drive
1997 BMW 528i - impeccable
1999 Porsche Boxter - best steering and handling until the Cayman
2000 Lexus LX 470 - crap
2002 Mini Cooper - slow but fun
2002 Mini Cooper S - incredible but too small for my size 13s
2003 BMW M3 Convertable - fast and fun but too many rattles
2003 BMW Z4 3.0 - Fast car, and the looks grow on you
2005 BMW X5 6-speed - best all around vehicle ever
2006 Porsche Cayman S - best handling most fun to drive EVER
2006 BMW 330xi - point and shoot - too bad I got the automatic
2006 Mercedes R350 - by far the worst car I have ever owned - Mercedes should be embarrassed
2007 Porsche 911 Carrera 4 - over-priced but it's a 911
2008 Mini Cooper S R56 - Makes me smile all the time

I clearly have the biggest problem on this board. SOMEBODY STOP ME!!!

Couldn't you have shoe-horned that thing into the Mini? There's probably room -- maybe in the back, but probably.
