As a new '08 MCS owner, I'm trying to work out my own maintenance schedule to supplement the infrequent dealer maintenance schedule. Here are the items I'm thinking of. Please feel free to add your thoughts.

1) Oil Changes - I'm thinking 1200, then every 5000 miles
2) Engine air filter replacement/cleaning
3) Cabin air filter replacement

 

1. I'd do the same but extend to every 7500 miles
2. check it periodically then change if dirty
3.once every 6 months
