Each MINI dealer has a section on their website where you can apparently order MINI parts. When you click on it you can add to a cart, etc. But when you go to finish the transaction it merely says that your "request" was submitted. I then got an obscure bounce message as a result, along with a confirmation from my local dealer. Then nothing.

Anyone know what's up with them? Does this thing work?

NO!! Basically all it is is giving you information on whether or not your dealer has the item in stock. At least that is how was when I did it with my Dealer. You are NOT actually placing an order, you will not be told when you can pick up the item you are wanting and they will not ship it to you with just this little bit of dialogue. It is a complete waste of your time!! IMHO
