What was your trade in? At Jacobs I actually managed to get $6500 for my 03 Civic with no trouble at all. (87k, some dents, broken taillight) Our guy said they were going to offer $5500. We made a "test drive appointment" on miniusa.com; I don't know if that helped but someone saw us right away, and they were quite busy. In fact the two MINI showrooms we went to were far busier than any other dealers we went to.

 

May I ask why you would place an order from a place that would acknowlege your presence? That to me shows you immediatly what the rest of your experience is going to bring. neglect, and errogance. IMO
