I'm able to check the status of my mini now online and the paint color isn't what I ordered and not all of the options are listed under the factory installed options section. Will this information correct itself in a few days? Has anyone else had this problem?

Yep. It will fix itself after a few days. Check out the sticky post of tracking your mini in the 1st gear section. The online order tracking will always be a few days behind. When I ordered my MCS, it started production the next day. The online tracking didn't update until 3 days later. DOn't worry just keep checking or even better. Call ask mini
