As the title says, I haven't figured out what the button in the center arm rest does. It looks like a speaker, but doesn't seem to do anything when I press it. Thanks for the help guys. Motor on!

 

I didn't know this either until I looked it up in the manual. It's for a cell phone hookup.

 

There's actually 2 buttons there too. The middle button with the speaker has to do with a phone hooked up and if you press down on the whole area around the speaker button it releases the blank insert, or phone cradle, in the armrest.

 

how does one hook there phone up to the button inside the armrest? Are there specific phones that hook up or do all phones hook up?

 

The button itself is for the bluetooth connection. I haven't used it but I think if you're BT connected on your phone and you want to disconnect and talk away from the car you push it. The plastic sleeve thing comes out and you can buy a phone sleeve for certain phones and charge it in the armrest and sometimes get car antenna connection for the phone (very few phones have this feature though, RAZRs mostly).
