I want to follow up from the few last posts that i have made on this thread.....

Since i made those, and said the things i did while frustrated with the way I was being treated by ALTA, my local rep/installer has been by-passed, and I have been contacted by ALTA personally over the phone. For the first time by ANY car aftermarket company(other than dealership) I was contacted and appologized to. The way that i was spoken to and dealt with was opposite from what had been happening. These guys really care about the little guy when it comes to errors on their behalf. They have now assured me that everything is in route and even more. Ken at ALTA has personally taken the time to keep the customer happy and keep all the business he can with his company. It's nice to hear that they can care about a little guy in Indiana just as much as much as anyone else. They will keep business here if this is how they treat all of their customers. Thumbs Up ALTA, and very appriciative to Ken.

The guages look great! However, your choice in footwear!!!!

 

Couple things...

1. Yes, that choice in footwear is poor.
2. The post about the ALTA logo is spot-on. I am also a marketing guy, and the logo is way off-base for MINI. I am looking to order a stubby antenna, and I have considered Craven Speed over ALTA just because of the logo on it.
3. I am also drunk like the other guy who posted about the logo...
4.With that said, I am going to order that stubby from ALTA because they contacted hendricks. Shows good business sense, and seems like a company I would want to deal with when I order more significant part.

 

hey hey hey, lay off the footwear, im a 20 year old college college kid and soccer player who just lloovveess his MCS...and soccer sandals are acceptable

Apparently I need to get drunk and look at the Alta logo again... 'cause it looks fine sober
