R56 It's my anniversary!
No problem. This will be a whole week of celebration. Let me know if you need my address to send the cake...
How many MAs did you go through?
Congratulations on your nearly here baby!

During that time, my wife also changed employers (for the better). We then moved from a 623 square foot house to the house of our dreams. All the while we also were juggling demanding jobs and the joys and challenges of raising our daughter.
As for MAs, Faron in SA was patient and cool. Then he left (for Sandia, NM I think) Things got weird in SA right as were were finally ready to buy(uncordial behaviors and wacky market adjustment markups). They've since changed all that, but when we visited Arlington we found an MA who was patient and persistent. Our MINI is on its way and we hope everything continues to go as smoothly as they have since we ordered.
But back to the hearty anniversary congratulations:
Happy Anniversary!
Hey, Deb--
Happy birthday to our matching Week 3 CR/W MINIs. If only Art were around to appreciate it.
I took my car in for the 1 year oil change and checked out the Clubman on the showroom floor. As much as I liked its look, the brown one on the showroom floor looked like a big Tootsie Roll. The salesman was not amused...
Loving my MINI. Kinda wish I had gotten it with a black roof, but that is pretty minor. Here's to another great year of zooming around. A friend who just bought another Land/Range Rover said she knows she bought the right car because every time she walks out to get in she smiles. Well, so do I.
Life is too short to mark time in a Camry.*
*If Miniusa would like to use this catch line, I'm willing to sell it for a new Clubman, not babysh*t brown. ;-)

Hey, Dan--congratulations, too! You say, "if only Art were around to appreciate it." Gee, he's not 6 feet under, is he? Maybe we should meet down at the Saturn dealer and say "hey!"
You mentioned the Clubman on the floor--there was a teal Clubman at the Ronald McDonald House luncheon (that we filled with paper towels for the place)--you should have seen it! Definitely a good color for anyone considering one...
Congrats, again, Dan, and glad your year as been good, too!
