I've been searching like crazy for some info on taking apart the dash, the speedo more specifically. I know I've seen pics of dismantled dashes, but I can't find 'em.
I'm going to be installing the new gauge faces from Vinyl Styles and need any guidance, like remove this first, and then take apart that. Just looking for the sequence really.
Thanks for any input. If I can get this figured out, I'll be taking pics to share with anyone else interested in the swap.

That is where this thread belongs. I believe there are some threads about changing the colorline on the dash. They may include info on disassembly. Some of the threads on Kuda mount installation might help you.

I have been very intimate with the search function but this time it is left me dissapointed.

I know it belongs in the other section, but that section doesn't have anywhere near as much travel, so I put it here. Kevinminict came through!

 

taking the speedo out of an r56 is not a fun easy job my recomendation is take it to the dealer for risk of rattles and broken parts
