Auto trans no wheel spin on acceleration?

I think the main purpose of LSD is to prevent wheel spin on acceleration. And every review with LSD I have read recommends it. However what about auto trans? The auto trans does not get wheel spin? I am wondering that if you have an auto trans MCS and do plan on tracking your car, what happen will be occurred? just my curiosity.

Thanks in advance.

the LSD option is not available w/ auto tans due to space issues.
It will spin its wheels if provoked to do so

In imperfect conditions, especially on my stock 16" A/S RF's, the auto trans most certainly will spin the wheels. In good conditions it will as well, but in my experience only when blatantly provoked.

I don't think it would straight ahead. Only if the car were in danger of going off sideways would it kick in. LSD if different from ASC.

You're thinking of the DSC, which kicks in if you're not going in the direction you're pointing the wheels. ASC is concerned with wheelspin, whether turning or going straightaway. (ASC is what most people are complaining about when they talk about losing power when taking off.)
