Autoweek Review / Mini Clubman S

Probably should post this over in the Clubman section, but it appears that not too many people venture over there - yet.

Another Autoweek Mini review... and once again, although they like the car, they've found fault with it. Having been a long time (former) subscriber to AW, I think they'd find fault with anything that doesn't cost $200+K.

They were overall pretty upbeat on MINIs. I especially liked this quote " . . . we might as well nominate the engine in the Cooper S for all-time greatest four-cylinder ever put in a car. Is there a better one?"

Not to my mind there isn't!

I posted a counter point bashing them for their narrow mindedness and neglect of getting to the true issue... How does the extra weight effect handling. Why not Belly ache about not getting a diesel variant?

Why so focused ofn Gas guzzling SUV's?
