The link refers to Xenon headlights. I also want to adjust my standard non-Xenon, Halogen headlights, but I've only seen specific info on adjusting Xenons.

Is there a better way to do this?
In case anyone has an issue with non-Xenon headlights, yes they can be adjusted. My dealer raised mine a little and it makes a world of difference.
Great. Next time I take my car in to the dealer, I'm raising mine. Do they use some standard calibration, or did they just arbitralily raise it "a little"?

After messting around (as described above) I was pointed to the white plastic screws at the back inside edge of the lights to adjust the height.
Adjusting is easy - park on a flat road facing a wall. Cover one light with a towel and turn on high beams. Measure the height of the center of the headlight and adjust the beam until the center of the brightest point on the wall is at the same height. Move the towel over and adjust the other side and then road test.
