I am so tired of cleaning my wheels or leaving them dirty. I just want a wheel where the color is "brake dust grey". I think they call that Anthracite in the business.
i almost went with pepper white and a black top on my new 08 mini s. they had one at the deal sitting in the show room right next to the desk. i just couldn't do it i had to go with all black. but the pepper white is what my girl wants. i didn't want to get her color.
You know I thought the same thing. I live in SoCal and Mini's are everywhere, but even with all the talk on the board, I have yet to see another (r56 or r53) with this wheel. So I'd say popular online but chances are you won't run across many.
PS. 38lbs on my scale, vs 42lbs for the stock 16", can't beat the weight for the price.
We went to AMVIV and did not see one set of the OZs with the 450+ Minis there. We have them in Silver, I wanted to get it in Blk but the wife thought it was too stark. They are great wheels. I saw a lot of the Team Dynamic Pro 1 and 1.2s in Black in Vegas though, those are also nice wheels.
