Suspension spacers question.

We've found the ride a little harsh in our new 2007 MCS. Tonight I looked at the suspension and there are 4 bright orange circular plastic/rubber discs -one at each wheel - above the springs between the rubber boots on the suspension rods and the chassis. Are they supposed to be there, or are they some kind of transportation related protection that should have been removed pre delivery. The rubber boots on the front wheels appear to be very compressed and look deformed from the down pressure. The front boots look like they have almost no further ability to compress further. Unfortunately unable to post any pics. Any thoughts or feedback appreciated.

Pictues would help, but from your description if they are "discs" and orange colored, they very well could be the ones used for shipping. Either make a trip to the dealer or give them a call and talk to the service manager.

It will lower the ride height as well once they take them out!

yup, travel spacers. They should have been taken out before delivery. Your ride will improve tremendously once they are gone.
