Steering wheel insert removal

Hi everyone,

I have a little question that has probably been answer before.
I have a three spoke steering wheel with multi function and the shift paddles, my question is: How do i remove the three little grey inserts? I'd like to paint them, and is it possible to remove the shift paddles also?

Thanx guys..

Looking at www.realoem.com those covers just pop in and can be removed using an appropiate flat tool. There are screws under them that will allow the shift paddles to be removed. Make sure that you disconnect your battery in case tou hit something hot.

There is one torx screw holding each plate in that is accessible from the back. I think torx 20.
