R56 Dealer Service in Clarence, NY
Dealer Service in Clarence, NY
I've been driving full-size pickups for the last 12 years, currently a Dodge 1500 Hemi. With gas over $3.00/gal., I've been looking at getting a more economical vehicle. When I heard the Mini was tall-friendly (I'm 6'7"), I gave the Mini a test drive. I've never had that much fun driving a car. I've been doing a lot of research on the vehicle. It seems to have had some problems but probably no more than most other vehicles. I am concerned about some horror stories I've read regarding dealer service. There have been good reviews as well, like the dealer in Long Beach, CA. I was wondering if there is anyone who has purchased their Mini in the Buffalo area (Towne Mini). I think it would be helpful to know if my local dealer provides reasonable service. Thanks in advance.
I've bought 3 MINI's from Towne since they've come out. Greg in sales is great and Adam in service has been awesome. Never a problem. I've always been taken care of in service no matter what the problem has been.

I have also had great luck with Towne MINI, I Have also delt with Greg, he's great. Lucilly I can't comment on the service department because in 5 months and 4200 miles I have not needed them yet
P.S. They are also an MSRP+ free floor mats dealer!!!

Good buying experience so far
We just ordered a MC from Greg at Towne a few weeks ago (it's supposed to be departing Southhampton some time today), and were generally pretty pleased with the experience. The test drive went great, and placing the order was pretty painless...we went in on a Thursday night for a second test drive, and outlined the packages we wanted, and called on Friday to confirm and give our deposit, and by Monday our car was already in production.
I, too, am hopeful of a smooth ownership experience, and it sounds like Towne will work to make sure that we're taken care of.
