After a long wait. April 2, 2007 until today. Wow! I am going to pick up the new mini. It's good timing as well, I am moving on the weekend. So it will come in handy for moving the washer and dryer!

Congrats Cowtown! Did you really order it April 2nd? Or just start looking? Just curious, I thought I might have won the "long wait title", my first order was placed around Mid April, two mini's were built and shipped since then- First one was "destroyed" between Oxford and Hueneme VDC, the second one supposedly is at the dealer now!

Yup, signed order, Credit Card debited on April 2.

The lease on my truck is not up until Sept, so when they told me end of July is the eta, it worked out fine. Gives me a month to break in the Mini and clean up the truck. (By the way it's a 4 door 1/2 ton 4 wheel drive) Almost $100 Cdn to fill her up.

 

You will love the gas mileage on the MINI. My MCS gets over 40 mpg on flat freeway in 6th gear.
