I am contemplating purchasing a 2007 Mini and would like to tow it with my RV around town and some times for longer hauls. Are there any issues to be concerned with? I could run the engine if it would keep the trans cool.

 

I am sure it can be done but why.....if its not that often that you go RV'ing rent a tow trailer....or find one to purchase.

 

The Mini is like any other front wheel drive automatic, the front wheels need to be off of the ground if being towed. Also the Mini owner manual has the standard warnring about towing the automatic.
One reason you see a lot of RV's using a tow dolly.
