Hey all, new to the forum!

Anyone know of a powered subwoofer that fits nicely in the hatch area that *does not* take up alot of space? Not looking or expecting to get hip hop to shake neighboring vehicles, just trying to add bass to a bassless soundsystem (I have the base 6 speaker setup).

The Basslink comes to mind since its 15.5x15.5x8" roughly. I think...

Also, has anyone replaced the stock speakers yet? If so, what size replacements, and with what? (MB Quart for example).

Post this in the Navigation/Audio section. And, check ot all the threads on adding a subwoofer and replacing speakers.... there are bunch of them.

i'm going to do the same thing you are, just add a small compace powered sub, but I'm going to mount it under the passenger seat. There is a "secret" empty space under there that fits these small subs perfectly.

All of them! ;-) I get my car next week sometime, first thing in order is remove passenger seat, get a good measurement of space, and order the biggest, most powerfull sub it will fit.

Here's the choices less a custom built one which might be a choice. Willie from Unique Auto sports (TV show "Unique Wips") is an old friend of mine. I might pay him a visit. ;-)
