R56 got my welcome packet!!!
Wow, people whining because it took a whole month. I took delivery Feb 10. Just got the package last week, nearly 4 months later. Yes it did have the decoder glasses, but I long ago gave up and threw away the Wired mag I had with the ad.
If you Google" MINI PARKING SIGN " you can buy a ready made aluminum one.

Rode home in my Mini on March 31, recieved my package 7 weeks later. And I did get the secret decoder package with 3-d glasses plus the other stuff. I would have loved a new cap though! Would have traded the pen as I got 2 others from my MA.
can you post a pic of the antennae ball? must be something new for the 07 folks
Got mine yesterday, about 5 weeks later. I've decided the gimmics are less enticing, now that I have my MINI! That stuff was mostly entertaining during the painful wait, but I very much appreciate the thought! The notepad will make a good mpg recorder, etc.
Anyone know where all (any?) of the secret messages are? New Yorker hasn't had any recently, I'd think they'd be there if anywhere.

I received my package today. After driving my car off the Rasmussen lot on April 21.
I like the Union Jack antenna ball. Last week it would have fitted fine; this week, I would have to bore it out a bit more to get it on my Alta antenna and then it would probably fly off. Thanks, Adam.
The funny part of the ball is the miniusa.com printing on the bottom. Thoughtful of them, so that the person who steals it knows where to go to get a car for themselves. Without taking somebody's else's.
I was surprised, however, to find the welcome box also contained Tony Soprano's left ear.

Mine showed up, but I can't open it!
Only 5 weeks since I took delivery, and the box showed up in today's mail!
But the wife is out of town for the day, and I can't open it til she comes back tomorrow, so we can "share" the experience... :impatient

Just to clarify...the welcome packages come from MINI USA, not the dealership. Whether they also handle Canadian customers or if that would be MINI Canada, I've never heard.
I called ASK-MINI when 9 weeks had passed, figuring that maybe Bertie fell through the cracks since he was a new 2006 purchased in 2007. I told the nice guy on the phone that it felt wrong to even mention that the package hadn't come, a little like complaining about a missing baseball card when you're busily chomping on the gum...he laughed and said there was "important stuff" in there & he'd make sure I was in the works (he verified my address, so we were in their system already). Have your serial # (the last bit of your VIN) handy if you call.

I got all the same stuff, but your pictures are more comprehesive.
