That's excellent. I will place my order tomorrow, then.

I drove from WI to IL today (four hours round trip) and was really getting annoyed... it will be good to feel comfortable again.

Seat Belt Positioner Update

I decided to buy and test various seat belt positions. I already discussed the on-the-belt disk. As I said, it holds the belt effectively and is comfortable. The main problem is that, unless you release it's grip each time you get out, the belt will not retract into the anchor point. So I also tried the Strap Adjuster from Heininger Automotive. This is a simple, cheap device that you clip onto the waist part of the seat belt, near the buckle. You then slip the shoulder belt under it's clip. This device works, is comfortable, and lets the seat belt fully retract when you get out. The only negative I noticed is that it does not tightly grip the lap part of the seat belt, so that it can move a bit too easily. However, I found attaching a strip of the hook (soft) Velcro strip to the latch, so that the hooks rest on the belt, holds it in place. Another device I tested is the Sure-Fit Seat Belt Positioner, by Sunshine Kids. This is actually an additional, small seat belt. One end clips onto the seat belt by the buckle with a metal slide clip. The other end loops around the shoulder harness part of the belt and Velcro's to itself. It is marketed as a kid's comfort device, but is big enough to work for adults. This set-up works great and will also allow the belt to retract without removing it. It's disadvantage, IMO, is that (1) it is more expensive than the others and (2) you can feel the belt coming across. But, then again, you can feel the shoulder harness, too. It's not uncomfortable, but you know it's there.

So, having tried several of these devices I recommend the Heininger Automotive clip, first, and the Sure-Fit second.
