i can find a video of how the stock exhaust sounds like anyone know of any?

 

The only one I have seen had music dubbed over it. Most of the videos available are shot from inside a moving MC or MCS.

You can cut and paste this to the other two post, if you like.

 

Go to a dealership and pick a MINI and ask for a listen, go for a ride, rev it.

Or go to a parking lot and search around for a MINI owner pulling in or pulling out. A busy gas station would work, costco or similar in mid to late day or weekend.

Pick up a telephone and call a MINI owner and take the phone out to the car and turn on the ignition.

This Roadfly Video has some footage of the R56S driving away at the drag strip. You can hear the "drive away" exhaust note there. There is also a standing rev near the exhaust.
