Well, might be true where you live. I happen to be in an area where it most definitely is NOT true. There are a couple of areas that LOVE to write tickets for slightly expired inspections, missing front plates, license plate lights out, all kinds of little things. No warning. Ticket. And I'm not saying that because I've gotten one-it's because I've heard too many others say they have.

thank you again everyone. Chows I will be ordering my aerokit from Classic as they have the best price and install it myself. thats correct gokartride I wasnt planning on replacing the front bumper so fast but was indeed planning to replace it and sell the stock one. I will not reject the car, I will not threaten the dealer, it was not crevier, thank you for your thoughts.

Seems like you can get the dealer to give you a new undrilled bumber. You say you had the agreement in writing. I did, too, and did not get drilled. I'm in CA, too, so my plate is mounted with a hanger threaded into the tow hook hole. I like it. If you get a new undrilled bumper, then you have it for the future or to sell.
