We go pushed back a day to the 16th. Not that surprising as the ship was quite slow for most of the trip.

I just hope I can get mine so I can drive it to the Indy 500! (It's not looking too good. The VDC better be on it!)

When the ships get close to land they don't report in a way that sailwx.info can receive. At point we need to move to aislive.com. Does anybody have a schedule for arrivals and departures at NEAT? I can't find one.

Integrity

Well folks I'm really sorry to report that our ship has run aground on a sand bar off the coast of New Jersey. Latests reports indicate that it will be stuck there for about 3 weeks. KIDDING!

If it means anything to anyone, my MA at ManhattanMini tells me that I will have the car by the end of next week.

INTEGRITY is making it's approach to NEAT. You can see it on AISLive: http://aisfree.aislive.com/Influx.as...ork%20Overview

I lost it as well. It was in just south of the middle of Long Island when I posted. I checked back an hour later and it was gone. I guess it didn't get caught in sand and just sank instead!!

I'm going to assume it is docked and our babies have been driven down the ramp and down to the VDC and the Integrity's crew is drinking somewhere in mid-town Manhattan.

INTEGRITY has left the port. Has anybody's cargo tracking been updated indicating they have been unloaded?

From Josh Wardell’s MINI Cooper S site .
Once your MINI is on US soil, the final and toughest part of your wait occurs at the VDC. No one, including your MA and ASK MINI, has an update on any progress at that time. The Vehicle Distribution Center is where the cars are unloaded off the boats, inspected, repaired of any shipping damages (Yes it happens, and can cause an extra week delay!), and loading onto trucks to be sent to your dealer. Read this thread on NAM to get a behind-the-scenes peek at what happens at the California VDC.
Looks like we just wait for the call from the M A.

Excellent! 13:30 for me as well. Josh sums it up pretty well. This is going to be the toughest part of the the wait. Our MINI's are here in the US but we can't have them yet.

I have to until South Carolina! It's killing me! I am by far ready to motor again! Any guesses on how long it'll take from getting off of the boat through the VDC to Indy?

Hard to say Astro. My baby sailed through VDC and is at dealer now, ready for pick up on Tuesday or Wednesday according to my MA. I would think that you're probably enroute in a truck and may have a shot to get it by week's end. What is your MA saying?
