Help to diagnose reasons for white smoke and oil leakage.
After parking for months, my Mini produced massive smelly white smoke like a smoke machine, and ground wet stains close to transmission body and exhaust pipe. At first, I thought it was oil filter housing gasket leakage. When I drove the MINI, it always produced white smoke in tailpipe. I even found white smoke coming from turbocharger area under hood.
After I removed catalytic converter and heat resistant plate, I found massive oil deposits on engine body. Major finding is the oil filter housing area however there are significant oil dirt close to the alternator.
There is no significant leaking sign in oil feed line and return line connections. There is not sign of leakage in the oil cooler.
Please review attached pictures and help me to diagnose the actual reasons.

I usually wash the engine down in order to find your leaks without hunting for them........This way you can
pinpoint where they're coming from.......oil is everywhere on that engine
