I just purchased a 2012 R55. I've been getting to know all the features and had one question... The owners manual shows a center armrest between the two front seats. But there is no evidence of it in my car. Was that an optional feature on the R55? It would be kind of nice to have that. Is it possible to get one from somewhere?

There are two options available, the factory option arm rest, and the dealer installed option. The factory arm rest is much nicer and less obtrusive. (I’ve had both)

you can retrofit the factory armrest. Get in touch with https://www.allmagautoparts.com They are a forum vendor for used OEM parts.
