Looking to get a third party roof rack/ cross bars on my 2014 R55. My goal is to have a roof basket for looks only I don’t plan on actually using it for anything. Does anyone have a option outside of Thule or mini branded systems. This is not a clubman but I want to accomplish this..... looking for third party amazon or eBay options. Looking for something that will work with the R55 clubman roof shape and length TIA

 

I have the OEM rack cross bars with a Thule deflector, and an inexpensive Highland roof basket that was purchased off Amazon.

Be aware, your fuel mileage will tank with a roof basket. I average 30-33 mpg without the roof rack and basket, but only 25-28 mpg with them both installed. I would suggest NOT running it for looks, but have it available if needed for the extra cargo space.

 

Some options here, but on the clubman there are 2 different sets up on the OEM rack.
