R55 mini s clubman + jcw tuning kit

mini s clubman + jcw tuning kit
A couple years ago I bought a 2010 Mini Cooper S with JCW tuning kit and JCW aero body kit. The car came with JCW badges (not installed) and the Cooper S badges were removed. There are JCW door sills installed though. Is this a Clubman John Cooper Works or a Mini Cooper S Clubman with JCW tuning kit? Would you install the JCW badges?
The badges i would install and keep the Cooper S logo on there back in the day the JCW Tuning kit cars have the badge, but it goes on the other side of the boot and then the one on the grille.

If it is a JCW Tuning Kit it should have a small plaque on the valve cover with the serial number of the JCW tuning kit. There also should be a sticker reminding to change the spark plugs every second oil change.
