Is there a way to keep the DTC option on all the time.
I turn it on but after an engine restart the DTC is off again.

that is how it is designed to work. And if you have a sport button that works the same way unless someone added a mod.

search automatic sport mod and you will come up with a bunch of threads on the subject of how to have it turn on automatically on start. Also probably links to modules to purchase and wire in.
